Just a few additional comments:

1. The room rate for our conference is available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, based on room availability. The Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night rooms should be booked using the online page using the link below.  Any night before or after need to be booked via the Reservation Telephone line – 316-945-1960  and use the “VHF” group rate.
2. We had a block of 80 rooms assigned to our group, as of May 1, 2018, 13 rooms have been booked already. DO NOT LINGER in booking your rooms, they are going fast. 
3. All rooms should be booked by July 6, 2018.  After that, the rooms will be released and the conference rate can no longer be guaranteed.
